Al-Ahlia was established in Amman-Jordan in 1987 by its founder the late Mr. Emad Jarrah (Al-Ahlia Establishment for medical supplies). Initially it started as a local Distributor and Reseller. Subsequently, it was awarded the agency of the Japanese company Honda for its medical products to cover both the Jordanian and Iraqi markets which was achieved successfully. Al-Ahlia then went on to acquire and represent several other brands and finally it established its own brand.
In 2014 following the death of its founder, the name was changed to Al-Ahlia Company for Medical Supplies. The management of the company passed on to his two sons Ahmed and Qusai and work was focused on expanding the company’s operations locally, acquiring more brands and gaining a bigger market share of the Jordanian Health Sector. Today, Al-Ahlia is considered as one of the leading Health Sector suppliers in Jordan.
